Fol 123 MF Capsule is a combination of vitamins that are recommended for healthy pregnancy and nursing. It is a complete formula for both the mother and the foetus. It is necessary for the development of normal cognitive and neurological processes in foetus, as well as for meeting the mother's increased needs during preconception, pregnancy, and nursing. The key ingredients are L-Methylfolate Calcium, Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate, Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), and iodine.

• L-Methylfolate Calcium helps prevent birth defects known as neural tube defects, including spina bifida. It is difficult to get the amount of folate recommended for a healthy pregnancy from food alone, which is why it is important to take a folic acid supplement.
• Methylcobalamin, also known as Vitamin B12, aids in the health of the body's nerve and blood cells, as well as the production of DNA, the genetic material found in all cells.
