Folquick-F Tablet may be used to help manage the following conditions:

• Iron Deficiency Anaemia: Folquick-F Tablet helps restore low iron levels in the body, allowing your bone marrow to produce enough hemoglobin to carry oxygen to your organs.
• Nutritional Deficiencies: This supplement replenishes essential vitamins and minerals that may be lacking due to poor diet, malabsorption issues, or recovery from illness.
• Support During Pregnancy: It helps meet the increased demand for red blood cells and supports healthy fetal development when suggested by a doctor.

• Do not crush, break, or chew it.

• Take with vitamin C: Taking this supplement with a vitamin C-rich food or drink, such as an orange, kiwi, strawberries, or orange juice, may help your body absorb iron more effectively.
• Avoid foods and drinks that reduce iron absorption: Avoid tea, coffee, milk, dairy products, calcium supplements, and antacids for at least 2 hours before or after taking this supplement, as they can reduce iron absorption.
