Your doctor may prescribe Foltrend Plus Tablet to help manage the following conditions:

• Diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage caused by diabetes): Helps manage nerve problems caused by high blood sugar levels.
• Peripheral neuropathy (damage to the nerves outside the brain and spinal cord): Helps manage symptoms caused by damaged nerves, particularly in the hands and feet.
• Hyperhomocysteinaemia (high levels of homocysteine, a natural substance in the blood): Helps manage raised homocysteine levels, which may increase the risk of heart and blood vessel problems.
• Vitamin B deficiencies: Helps treat or prevent deficiencies when your body does not have enough of these vitamins.
