Gassanol Oral Solution is a blend of natural plant extracts that helps manage gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastric pain, gastritis, ulcer recurrence, dyspepsia, heartburn, mild diarrhoea and stomach pain. Belladonna dry extract and bismuth citrate are the active ingredients.

Directions for Use

The recommended dosage of Gassanol Oral Solution is 10 ml (two teaspoonful) three times a day or as directed by the physician.
