Gilac Capsule is used to treat diarrhoea and related gastrointestinal conditions. The detailed uses of Gilac Capsule are as follows:

• Treats diarrhoea:Gilac Capsule helps manage different types of diarrhoea, including traveller’s diarrhoea, infantile diarrhoea, antibiotic-associated diarrhoea, and diarrhoea caused by Clostridium difficile infection.
• Treats inflammatory gut diseases:Gilac Capsule supports gut health and helps reduce inflammation in conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
• Supports Helicobacter pylori eradication:Gilac Capsule is used alongside standard therapies to help eliminate H. pylori infections, protecting the stomach lining.

Gilac Capsule contains probiotics and prebiotics used in the treatment and prevention of antibiotic-associated diarrhoea (AAD), prevention of Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhoea, acute infectious diarrhoea and nosocomial diarrhoea in children. Additionally, it is used as an adjuvant therapy for children diarrhoea, acute diarrhoea in adults, Clostridium difficile associated diarrhoea, eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection, inflammatory diseases (Inflammatory bowel disease, Inflammatory bowel syndrome), hepatic encephalopathy (loss of brain function due to severe liver disease) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. • Gilac Capsule can be taken with meals to improve its effectiveness.

• Empty the contents from the sachet into a glass of water, stir well until completely dissolved, and drink immediately.
