Sterilise the i-activ Menstrual Cup before every use by boiling it in water for 5–7 minutes. Once sterilised, fold the cup in half, forming a 'U or C' shape. Find a comfortable position to relax your muscles – sitting, squatting, standing, or lying down – and gently insert the folded cup into your vagina. Release the cup once it's inside. It will unfold automatically, creating a leak-free seal. To remove, gently pull on the stem until you can reach the base of the cup. Pinch the base to release the seal and pull out. Empty the cup to rinse and store it in a clean pouch.

• Before using the i-active Cup medium size for the first time, ensure it's sterilised properly.
