Irosome capsule is a dietary supplement used to treat iron deficiency in patients with chronic kidney disease who are on dialysis.

• It is an iron replacement product.
• Ferric pyrophosphate (iron) is essential for the production of healthy red blood cells that carry oxygen around the body and helps to prevent and treat iron deficiency.
• Folic acid helps the body to break down, use and create new proteins and also helps in the formation of red blood cells.
• Vitamin B12 is necessary for functioning of nerves and brain, DNA synthesis and red blood cell production.
• Vitamin C improves iron absorption in the body and also boosts immunity.

Take it in the recommended doses. Swallow the capsule with water.

• Confusion
• Unusual tiredness or weakness
• Tingling of hands or feet
• Dizziness or lightheadedness when getting up suddenly from a lying or sitting position
