Directions for Use

  • Pour 25 ml of human milk (as directed by the doctor) into a sterile container.
  • Add the entire contents of one sachet (1 g) to the container. Cap the container, shake well and feed.
  • Cover and store unused fortified human milk in refrigerator. Use fortified human milk within 8 hours of preparation.
  • Shake well before use.
  • Dosage: Add Lactodex HMF in the given proportion with each feed till the time directed by the doctor.
