1. Wash hands thoroughly. Boil the feeding bottle, nipple, and cap in water for 10 minutes.
2. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to lukewarm (approx. 40°C).
3. Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised bottle as per the doctor's advice.
4. Use only the provided scoop to add the exact number of level scoops. 1 level scoop (4.5g) per 30 ml of water is the standard dilution.
5. Shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
6. Check the temperature on your wrist before feeding.

Pro Tip: Prepare only one feed at a time and discard any leftover formula after 1 hour to prevent bacterial contamination.
