- Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the formula.
- Sterilise bottles and other utensils.
- Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and cool it down to around 40 degrees Celsius.
- Pour the required amount of water into the sterilized bottle.
- Add the recommended number of scoops of Lactodex No. 2 Follow-up Formula powder (as directed on the product packaging).
- Shake the bottle vigorously until the powder has dissolved.
- Test the temperature of the prepared formula on the inside of your wrist before feeding it to your baby. It should be lukewarm, not hot.
- Discard any prepared formula remaining after one hour of feeding.
