Mgd3 60K Tab Combi Kit (14+1) should be used with caution in case of high risk or previous history of kidney disease or hypercalcemia (high blood calcium levels) and or hypophosphatemia (high blood phosphate levels). Drug-Drug Interactions: Mgd3 60K Tab Combi Kit (14+1) may interact with fluorides, EDTA, Vitamin D analogues, antiepileptics (phenytoin, carbamazepine), diuretics (bendroflumethiazide, chlortalidone and indapamide), heart medicines (digoxin or digitoxin), antimalarials (quinine, mefloquine, chloroquine), magnesium-containing antacids, iron, antibiotics (nitrofurantoin, nitroxoline), medicine for rheumatoid arthritis (penicillamine), steroids (hydrocortisone, prednisolone, dexamethasone), cholesterol-reducing drugs (cholestyramine), phosphate, tetracycline antibiotics (doxycycline, minocycline), and bisphosphonates (alendronate).

• Go easy on foods containing high inactive vitamin D such as dairy products like milk and cheese. However, load up on oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon, and orange juice. 

• Have magnesium-rich foods such as dry fruits, nuts, bananas beans and whole grains. 

• Avoid taking Mgd3 60K Tab Combi Kit (14+1) with Vitamin D supplements as there may be an interaction.

• Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

• Doing weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dance can be very useful in promoting overall bone health. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones. 

• Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.

• Spend time under the sun (however with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.

• Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption and stop smoking as these may have a negative effect on bone health. Smokers tend to have lower bone density than non-smokers.

• In case you miss a dose of Mgd3 60K Tab Combi Kit (14+1), try to take it as soon as possible but if it is time for the second dose, continue with the second dose directly. Do not ever take a double dose.

• If you accidentally take extra doses of Mgd3 60K Tab Combi Kit (14+1), please inform your physician or go to a hospital immediately. Some of the common symptoms of an overdose can be poor sleep, feeling sick, dizziness, mood changes, loss of appetite, shortness of breath and headache.
