I am feeling tingling in my ear. Can you recommend an ear drop that might soothe this since Otogesic Ear Drop is not working?

Ear tingling can be caused by irritation or wax, and if Otogesic is not helping, using another drop without knowing the cause may not fix it. It is safer to have your ear checked by a doctor to determine whether it is due to wax, an infection, or nerve irritation, and then receive the proper treatment. Avoid putting random drops in the ear until then, and keep the ear dry and clean for now.
After sneezing or yawning, I feel a vacuum in my ears, though my hearing is normal. Will Soliwax or Otogesic help?

A feeling of a vacuum in your ears after sneezing or yawning is usually due to Eustachian tube pressure, not earwax. Soliwax or Otogesic won't help. Try swallowing, chewing, or gentle pressure-release techniques, and consult an ENT if the sensation is persistent, painful, or affects your hearing.
