I have been having dysentery for the past two days and feel fatigued and nauseated. What foods should I eat, and how can I get better?

Drink plenty of fluids such as water and oral rehydration solution to prevent dehydration. Eat light and easy-to-digest foods such as rice, bananas, toast, and yoghurt, and avoid oily or spicy foods. If your symptoms last more than a few days, or if you have a fever, blood in your stool, or severe weakness, please see a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.
