Ruvega Perilla Oil Omega 3 & 6 Softgel Capsule is a nutraceutical that contains plant-based omega fatty acids. This supplement contains Perilla oil, an extract from the Perilla frutescens plant, a rich source of biologically active polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids. Perilla Oil Omega 3 & 6 Softgel Capsule is rich in Alpha Linoleic Acid (ALA), which is a precursor to the omega-3 fatty acids, namely Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
