Sacro-500 Capsule is used to treat and prevent diarrhoea, including rotaviral diarrhoea in children. Sacro-500 Capsule may also be used for acne, antibiotic-associated diarrhoea, Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhoea, Helicobacter pylori infection, traveller’s diarrhoea, diarrhoea in people with HIV/AIDS, and necrotising enterocolitis (a severe intestinal disease in premature infants).

Sacro-500 Capsule contains Saccharomyces boulardii, a friendly micro-organism that helps fight disease-causing organisms in the gut, such as yeast and bacteria.
