Levocarnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid derivative that helps your body turn fat into energy. It works by increasing carnitine levels in the body. Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) regulates body functions like cell growth, blood formation and protein synthesis. It also prevents nerve damage by forming a protective layer (myelin) around the nerves.
Trinerve LC Tablet causes common side effects like diarrhoea, nausea (feeling sick), headache, vomiting, rash, abdominal pain and bloating.
In some patients, warfarin when taken along with Trinerve LC Tablet may increase the time required for the formation of blood clots. Hence, before starting Trinerve LC Tablet , inform your doctor if you are taking warfarin.
