A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body fails to absorb or obtain sufficient nutrients from food.
 
Truecal-XT Tablet 10's contains Calcium, L-methylfolate calcium, Mecobalamin, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and vitamin D3. It helps make bones stronger by increasing their density, aids in the proper functioning of the brain and nerves, and promotes the production of red blood cells. Together, Truecal-XT Tablet 10's helps in treating nutritional deficiencies.
 
Truecal-XT Tablet 10's is likely safe to consume. In some cases, it may cause common side effects like constipation, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, weakness, tiredness, and headache. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, you are advised to talk to a doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
