• Psoriasis: Ultitar CS Lotion helps clear stubborn, thick plaques by promoting the shedding of scaly skin, reducing redness, and relieving persistent itching.
• Seborrhoeic dermatitis: It targets severe scaling and dandruff on the scalp, soothing inflammation and restoring a healthy scalp environment.
• Chronic Eczema: It reduces intense itching and swelling while softening rough, dry, and thickened skin patches.

Ultitar CS Lotion may help relieve symptoms of chronic inflammatory skin conditions characterised by thickening and scaling. The primary benefits include:

• Reduces thick scales and plaques: Salicylic acid helps loosen and remove accumulated scales, while coal tar helps slow excessive skin cell growth.
• Relieves inflammation and itching: Clobetasol helps reduce inflammation, redness, swelling, and itching in the affected skin.
• Provides combined action: By reducing inflammation, slowing excessive skin cell growth, and removing thick scales, Ultitar CS Lotion helps improve the symptoms and appearance of affected skin.

• Apply Ultitar CS Lotion 2 to 3 times daily; however, follow your doctor's advice regarding the dosage and duration.
• Clean and dry the affected area. Apply Ultitar CS Lotion directly onto the affected area and gently massage it in.
• Wash your hands after applying Ultitar CS Lotion .

• Moisturise regularly: Use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturiser to help keep your skin hydrated and support the skin barrier. If applying it to the same area as Ultitar CS Lotion , allow enough time between applications as advised by your doctor.
• Use lukewarm water: Take short, lukewarm baths or showers, as hot water may dry the skin and worsen itching or irritation.
• Wear soft, breathable clothing: Choose loose-fitting cotton clothing where possible to reduce friction, heat, and irritation around affected areas.
• Avoid known skin triggers: Identify and limit factors that worsen your symptoms. Depending on your condition and individual triggers, these may include stress, smoking, alcohol, spicy foods, harsh soaps, fragranced products, or detergents.
• Protect treated skin from sunlight: Coal tar may make treated skin more sensitive to sunlight. Avoid unnecessary sun exposure on treated areas and follow your doctor's advice on suitable sun protection.

• Use only on the affected skin: Apply a thin layer of Ultitar CS Lotion exactly as prescribed. Do not use more medicine, apply it more often, or continue treatment for longer than recommended.
• Avoid sensitive areas: Do not apply Ultitar CS Lotion to the face, underarms, groin, broken skin, or other sensitive areas unless specifically advised by your doctor.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth: Keep Ultitar CS Lotion away from the eyes, mouth, and other sensitive areas. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Do not cover the treated area: Avoid airtight dressings or bandages unless advised by your doctor, as covering the skin may increase the absorption of clobetasol and salicylic acid.
