About Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion

Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion belongs to a class of drugs called 'antiseptic', primarily used to treat wounds, cuts, and minor burns and protect against infection. Wounds, cuts, and minor burns are all small injuries to the skin. A wound is any kind of skin damage, like a scrape or a sore. A cut happens when something sharp breaks the skin and causes bleeding. A minor burn usually comes from touching something hot and can make the skin red, sore, or slightly swollen.

Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion contains Cetrimide. It has antiseptic, antibacterial and antifungal properties. It works by preventing microbial growth and hence treats the infection.

In some cases, Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion may cause common side effects like irritation and a burning sensation at the application site. Most of these side effects of Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion is used in the treatment of wound infections, burns, and minor cuts. The detailed uses of Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion are as follows:<br/> • Antiseptic cleansing: Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion helps disinfect wounds, burns, and minor cuts.<br/> • Prevents infections: Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion kills bacteria, fungi, and viruses on the skin and helps prevent/treat infections.<br/> • Wound care: Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion helps in cleaning and promoting the healing of skin injuries.<br/>

Directions for Use

  • Wet the affected area with clean water, apply the soap, and gently massage to create a lather. Rinse thoroughly and pat the skin dry.
  • Avoid contact of Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion with nose, ears, mouth or eyes. If Zyscab Active 0.1% Lotion comes in contact with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly.
