    Cilacar TC 6.25 Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke in adults.
    Cilacar TC 6.25 Tablet contains Chlorthalidone, Cilnidipine and Telmisartan. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic (water tablet) that increases the removal of excess water and certain salts such as sodium and potassium from the blood. This removal of water from blood reduces the fluid volume circulating through blood vessels and improves blood flow. Cilnidipine and Telmisartan relax and widen blood vessels. Thus, Cilacar TC 6.25 Tablet lowers high blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack, or other heart problems.
    You are not recommended to take ibuprofen with Cilacar TC 6.25 Tablet as it may reduce the effect of Cilacar TC 6.25 Tablet and increase the risk of impaired kidney function. However, if you experience loss of appetite, sudden weight loss or weight gain, weakness, muscle cramps, vomiting, nausea, decreased or increased urination, irregular heart rhythm, and fluid retention, please consult a doctor immediately. If you are supposed to use these medicines together, you are advised to contact your doctor so that the dose may be adjusted to be used safely.
