Coscopin Cold Pineapple Flavour Syrup is used as a nasal decongestant and anti-allergic in paediatric patients. It provides relief from symptoms of a cold, such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, itching of nose and throat, itchy/watery eyes, nasal congestion, and nasal passage swelling. It contains Chlorpheniramine and Phenylephrine. Chlorpheniramine relieves allergy/cold symptoms. Phenylephrine provides relief from congestion. Together, Coscopin Cold Pineapple Flavour Syrup provides relief from cold. In some cases, this medication may cause side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, nausea and vomiting.
