A blood pressure of 180/90 is very high and needs urgent medical attention. Since Eslo 5 mg is not controlling it, and you have one kidney after nephrectomy, do not change or add medicines on your own. Your doctor may need to increase the dose or add another BP medicine that is safe for your kidneys. Please consult your physician as soon as possible to prevent complications.

Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid foods with high fat or cholesterol. Avoid too much salt in your diet, like pickles, and extra salt on salad. Avoid Eslo 5 Tablet with grapefruit juice.
