Natcocil-M Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It is used when a single medication is ineffective in treating blood pressure. Besides this, lowering blood pressure also protects the heart from a future heart attack. It contains Metoprolol and Cilnidipine, which relaxes and widens the blood vessels and helps slow down the heart rate, making it easier to pump more blood around your body and lower blood pressure. It may cause common side like feeling dizzy or exhausted, peripheral oedema (swelling of legs/hands), cold hands or feet, difficulty sleeping and nightmares. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
