  • Blood Thinners and NSAIDs: Medicines such as warfarin, aspirin, or ibuprofen may increase the risk of bleeding.
  • Medicines That Increase Serotonin: Certain migraine medicines (triptans), antidepressants, and other serotonergic medicines may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome.
  • Medicines Metabolised by CYP1A2 or CYP2C19: Obsace ER 50MG Tablet strongly inhibits these liver enzymes and can increase the levels of medicines such as theophylline, clozapine, tizanidine, certain benzodiazepines, and some other medicines, increasing the risk of side effects. Dose adjustments or closer monitoring may be required.

The following foods or drinks may affect how Obsace ER 50MG Tablet works or increase the risk of side effects:

  • Grapefruit and Grapefruit Juice: Avoid grapefruit products, as they may increase Obsace ER 50MG Tablet levels and the risk of side effects.
