Silofast M 25 Tablet 10's is used in the treatment of Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The detailed uses of Silofast M 25 Tablet 10's are as follows:

• Management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH): Silofast M 25 Tablet 10's is primarily used to manage benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB).
• Relieve symptoms: Silofast M 25 Tablet 10's help relieve bothersome urinary symptoms like frequent urination, urgency, weak stream, and incomplete bladder emptying.

Silofast M 25 Tablet 10's contains Mirabegron and Silodosin. Mirabegron is a bladder muscle relaxant which works by reducing the activity of an overactive bladder and treats related symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency incontinence (an uncontrollable urge to urinate) and sudden need to empty the bladder. Silodosin works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland. Thus, it makes it easier to pass urine and helps relieve urinary symptoms such as incomplete bladder emptying, frequent urination at night and difficulty urinating. Thus, together, they help treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms.

• Silofast M 25 Tablet 10's can be taken with or without food, as advised by the doctor.
• Follow your doctor’s instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Swallow the whole Silofast M 25 Tablet 10's with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush, or break it.

• Avoid caffeine and alcohol, especially in the hours after dinner.
• Urinate as soon as you feel the urge.
• Go to the washroom even when you don’t feel the urge.
• Reduce your stress levels, as nervousness may increase urination frequency.
• Keep yourself warm since being cold may worsen symptoms.
   

If you are allergic to Mirabegron, Silodosin or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Silofast M 25 Tablet 10's is not recommended for children and adolescents below 18 years of age. Drive only if you are alert after taking Silofast M 25 Tablet 10's as it may cause dizziness. If you are about to undergo cataract eye surgery, inform your eye specialist that you are taking Silofast M 25 Tablet 10's as it may cause complications during the surgery. Inform your doctor if you take other medicines for overactive bladder treatment. If you get headaches, especially sudden, migraine-like (throbbing) headaches, tell your doctor, as these may be signs of severe high blood pressure.
