- Start by washing your hands thoroughly before preparing the feed.
- Sterilise the feeding bowl and spoon by boiling in water for 10 minutes.
- Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and let it cool till lukewarm.
- Use the water measuring cup to pour the correct amount of the lukewarm water as per the feeding table.
- Consult the feeding table and add to the feeding bowl the exact number of scoops according to the weight of the infant. Be sure to level off each scoop. Use only the scoop from this tin. Stir until the powder dissolves completely.
- Feed the baby using a bowl and spoon. Discard any leftover feed.
