Flatuna Tablet 10's is a combination of two drugs: Simethicone and Activated Charcoal, which are anti-flatulent medications. Include foods rich in probiotics, such as yoghurt/curd, kefir, sauerkraut, tempeh, kimchi, miso, kombucha, buttermilk, natto, and cheese. Eat fibre-rich foods like brown rice, baked potato, berries, cereal, oatmeal, and vegetables to promote digestion. Eating small meals at regular intervals so that stomach does not have to work as hard or as long.

Diarrhoea might be a side-effect of Flatuna Tablet . Drink lots of fluids and eat food rich in fibre if you experience diarrhoea. If you find blood in stools (tarry stools) or if you experience excess diarrhoea consult your doctor. Do not take anti-diarrheal medicine on your own.
The expiration date of any drug is the last day the manufacturer takes a guarantee of the drug's full potency. Discuss with your doctor, Flatuna Tablet can be taken 15-20 days after the expiry date given the shape, color, and state of the tablet has not changed.
