  1. Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
  2. Brush teeth thoroughly for exactly 2 minutes, ensuring you cover all sensitive areas of the teeth.
  3. Brush twice a day (morning and night), but no more than three times daily.
  4. Minimise swallowing and spit out the foam completely after brushing.
