Follow these steps for maximum sensitive teeth relief and optimal oral hygiene:

  1. Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the gel onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
  2. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes, ensuring you cover all sensitive areas.
  3. Spit out the excess toothpaste after brushing.
  4. Do not swallow the toothpaste.
  5. Rinse your mouth lightly with water.

 

Frequency: Use twice daily (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist. Do not exceed brushing more than three times a day.

 

Pro Tip: For faster relief, avoid drinking excessively cold or hot water immediately after brushing to allow the potassium nitrate to settle into the dentin tubules.
