Wash hands thoroughly. Boil the feeding bottle, nipple, and cap in water for 10 minutes.
Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to lukewarm (approx. 40°C).
Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised bottle as per the doctor's advice.
Use only the provided scoop to add the exact number of level scoops. 1 level scoop (4.5g) per 30 ml of water is the standard dilution.
Shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
Check the temperature on your wrist before feeding.

Pro Tip: Prepare only one feed at a time and discard any leftover formula after 1 hour to prevent bacterial contamination.
