Rest and refrain from abruptly standing up because the person may have weakness, dizziness, or low blood pressure. If you have severe dizziness, chest discomfort, fainting, or extremely low blood pressure, get medical attention right once.

My blood pressure is high at 145-95. I am using Tellzy RS at bedtime and Cinod 10 in the morning as advised by my doctor.
