One of the most important steps to improve your sleep and anxiety is to gradually reduce and eventually stop tobacco use with proper support if needed. Along with this, try to maintain a fixed sleep schedule by sleeping and waking up at the same time every day, avoiding mobile phones or TV for at least one hour before bedtime, reducing tea or coffee in the evening, and creating a calm sleeping environment. Drug-Food Interaction: Frisium 5 Tablet may interact with alcohol. Therefore, avoid intake of alcohol while taking Frisium 5 Tablet as it may increase side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness or difficulty in concentrating.
