  • Potassium supplements or potassium-sparing diuretics: Using these with LTK-H Tablet may increase potassium levels in the blood, which can become dangerously high.
  • Lithium: This medication may increase lithium levels in the bloodstream, raising the risk of lithium toxicity.
  • Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen or naproxen: These medicines may reduce the blood pressure-lowering effects of LTK-H Tablet and increase the risk of kidney problems.
  • Other blood pressure medications: Combining multiple antihypertensive medicines may cause blood pressure to fall too low, resulting in dizziness, light-headedness, or fainting.
