Nelol AM Tablet 10's is used to treat high blood pressure. It contains Amlodipine and Nebivolol, which relax and widen the blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood to all parts of the body. This lowers blood pressure and helps in reducing the risk of stroke, heart attack, other heart problems, or kidney problems in the future. Drug-Drug Interaction: Nelol AM Tablet 10's may have interaction with other beta-blockers (atenolol, bisoprolol, carteolol, esmolol, metoprolol, or sotalol), other anti-hypertensive drugs (aliskiren, amiloride, enalapril, captopril, quinapril, diltiazem), asthma medications (theophylline, aminophylline), potassium-rich supplements, pain killers (ibuprofen, aspirin), medicines to treat anxiety disorder (alprazolam and diazepam).

Drug-Food Interaction: Nelol AM Tablet 10's is known to interact with grapefruit and protein-enriched foods. Using Nelol AM Tablet 10's together with ayurvedic, homoeopathy, Unani, herbal supplements, or any other OTC items may decrease the effects of Nelol AM Tablet 10's. Hence, it is better to maintain at least 2 2-hour gaps between the administration of Nelol AM Tablet 10's and these products.
