Omzil-AH Tablet 10's is used for lowering high blood pressure (hypertension) by removing extra fluid (electrolytes) from the body. It works by relaxing and widening the narrowed blood vessels. It reduces the heart's workload and makes it more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Also, it removes extra water/fluid and certain electrolyte overload from the body. Thus, it lowers fluid overload and high blood pressure, improves blood flow, and reduces the future risk of a heart attack and stroke. In some cases, it may cause common side effects such as nausea, upset stomach, dehydration, headache, diarrhoea, electrolyte imbalance, headache, feeling exhausted, swollen ankles, dizziness, and decreased blood pressure. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
