Besides this, it is also used to treat fibromyalgia(a condition that causes body-wide pain and fatigue) and restless legs syndrome (a strong urge to move the legs, usually at night). Pentanerv-SR 450 Tablet contains Gabapentin, which works by calming overactive nerve signals in the brain. This helps reduce nerve pain and lowers the risk of seizures. It may cause some side effects in some individuals, such as dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, fever, swelling, and ataxia (impaired balance or coordination).
