Td Pill Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and premature ejaculation in men. It contains Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which relaxes smooth muscles and widens blood vessels in the penis. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction and symptoms of an enlarged prostate. Also, it improves control over ejaculation and hence increases the time taken to ejaculate. It may cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, vomiting, dryness in the mouth, indigestion, nosebleeds, headache, and flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk). Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
