Vertidom Tablet is used to treat Meniere's disease (inner ear disorder), which can cause vertigo (a spinning sensation or dizziness), ringing in the ears, nausea (feeling sick), vomiting, and loss of hearing. It contains Cinnarizine and Domperidone, which blocks the action of dopamine in the brain, that causes nausea and vomiting. It increases the movements and contractions of stomach muscles. It also improves blood circulation in the inner ear, thus reducing symptoms caused by vertigo, tinnitus (ringing in the ear), and Meniere's disease. It may cause common side effects such as drowsiness, nausea, dry mouth, indigestion, and weight gain. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
