I have been using Cosmelite cream regularly, but I recently developed a fungal infection and have been prescribed Fungicros cream. I would like to know whether it is safe to apply Cosmelite after using Fungicros.

It is advisable not to use Cosmelite on areas affected by fungal infection, as it contains corticosteroids that can worsen or mask the infection. You should first complete the course of antifungal treatment with Fungicros until the infection has completely resolved. Once the skin has healed, you may resume Cosmelite if required and prescribed by your dermatologist.
