Directions for Use
- First, wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
- Insert the OneTouch Strips 50 into your meter.
- When the 'Apply Blood' screen is shown, you can put your blood sample on either side of the test strip at the channel opening.
- Apply the sample immediately after a drop of blood forms.
- Tilt the meter slightly and position the channel over the blood drop.
- Once the blood touches the sample, it will be drawn into the channel, which should fill.
- The channel will turn red, and the meter will start a countdown from 5 to 1.
- Wait for 5 seconds for the meter to calculate your blood glucose level.
- Check the digital display on your meter for your blood glucose reading.
