  1. Wash and dry your hands. Lay your baby comfortably on their back on a clean, safe changing table or mat.
  2. Slide the open diaper under your baby, ensuring the half with the stretchable tapes is at the back. The top edge of the diaper should sit just at the level of the baby's belly button.
  3. If using a barrier cream, apply it to the baby's clean, dry skin now.
  4. Bring the front half of the diaper up to your baby's tummy. Unpeel the stretchable fastening tapes from the back and attach them symmetrically to the landing zone on the front.
  5. Run your fingers around the leg cuffs to pull out the protective frills. This step is crucial to activate the leak protection and prevent side spills.
