Inform your doctor if you have hyperkalaemia (high potassium levels), chronic renal failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, adrenal insufficiency, acute dehydration, oesophageal compression, delayed gastric emptying, intestinal obstruction, peptic ulcers, renal insufficiency or gastrointestinal lesions.
