  2. Rub onto chest, neck and back.
  3. Leave clothing loose around the applied area.
  4. Apply up to 3 to 4 times daily if needed.

  1. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons into hot water.
  2. Inhale vapours carefully for 10 to 15 minutes.
