When my blood pressure becomes high, which tablet should I take to control it?

If your blood pressure rises, you should only take medicines prescribed by your doctor. Do not take extra tablets or start a new medicine on your own. Try to sit calmly, rest for some time, and avoid stress or heavy activity. If your blood pressure stays high or you feel symptoms such as headache, chest pain, or dizziness, seek medical care.

I am using Telma 40 Tablet and Amlong 5 mg Tablet for blood pressure control, but I have been experiencing giddiness and blurred vision lately. My blood pressure fluctuates between 150 over 90 and 130 over 80. I was advised to take Embeta-TM 25 Tablet and Amlong 5 mg Tablet for a week, but it is still not controlled. What should I do?

Giddiness and blurred vision may occur when blood pressure is not well controlled or due to side effects of the medicines. As your blood pressure continues to fluctuate despite the change in treatment, you should consult your doctor for proper monitoring and medication adjustments.
