Anafortan Syrup is used to treat dysmenorrhoea (irregular or painful periods/menses). It contains Camylofin and Paracetamol, which help decrease inflammation caused by dysmenorrhea and reduce pain. It may cause dizziness, headache, vomiting, nausea, fatigue, dry mouth, skin rash, blurred vision, and irregular heartbeats. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
