Regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, managing stress, and avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol are important. Your doctor may consider medication if lifestyle changes alone are not sufficient.

I have severe itching due to my biluruben percentage 3.5 mg/dl . Now I'm using this one for relief itching. If I'm using this one how many grams can I take per day .
