Co-SDR Capsule is used to treat nausea and vomiting in adults and adolescents 12 years or older. Besides this, it also helps in the treatment of indigestion. It contains Domperidone, which prevents nausea and vomiting symptoms by blocking certain receptors (like dopamine and serotonin) that stimulate the vomiting centre in the brain. It also increases the upper gastrointestinal tract's motility and helps decrease stomach emptying time. The most common side effect of this medicine is dry mouth. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
