Doran-O Tablet contains Omeprazole and Ondansetron, which are used in the treatment of vomiting (being sick) and nausea (feeling sick) that usually occur after cancer chemotherapy, radiation treatment, or surgery. Omeprazole reduces the amount of acid the stomach produces and prevents excess acid from flowing back into the food pipe. Ondansetron works by blocking the action of serotonin, a chemical that stimulates the vomiting centre located in the brain. Thus, it prevents nausea and vomiting.
