Durapain Tablet is used to get relief from pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). It contains Diclofenac and Tramadol, which works by blocking the release of chemical messengers responsible for causing pain and inflammation. Also, it blocks the transmission of pain signals to the brain. It may cause common side effects such as nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting, dizziness, indigestion, sleepiness, constipation, heartburn, stomach pain, and dryness in the mouth. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
