  • फ़ास्टकॉर्ट-12 टैबलेट 10's का उपयोग करने से पहले उन मरीजों को डॉक्टर से सलाह लेनी चाहिए जिन्हें टीबी (TB), हृदय रोग या हार्ट फेल्योर, पेट के विकार (गैस्ट्राइटिस, पेप्टिक अल्सर), डायबिटीज (पारिवारिक इतिहास सहित), ऑस्टियोपोरोसिस (हड्डी की बीमारी), मायस्थेनिया ग्रेविस (मांसपेशियों में कमजोरी), डिप्रेशन, मानसिक तनाव, कोर्टिकोस्टेरॉइड्स के कारण मांसपेशियों की समस्याओं का इतिहास, या किडनी और लिवर की खराबी (हेपेटिक इनसफिशिएंसी और सिरोसिस सहित) रही हो। 
  • यह दवा 5 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों, स्तनपान कराने वाली माताओं और गर्भवती महिलाओं के लिए अनुशंसित नहीं है।
  • फ़ास्टकॉर्ट-12 टैबलेट 10's का उपयोग करते समय बीमार या संक्रमित लोगों के पास जाने से बचें। 
  • फ़ास्टकॉर्ट-12 टैबलेट 10's लेने से पहले और कम से कम 4-6 हफ्तों तक, कोई भी लाइव वैक्सीन न लें, क्योंकि इससे गंभीर एलर्जिक रिएक्शन हो सकते हैं।

Although co- administration of Daflazacort with Desmopression can possibly lead to an interaction, it can be taken in case a doctor advices you. You should seek medical attention if you experience loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, headache, lethargy, irritability, difficulty in concentrating, memory impairment, confusion, muscle spasm, weakness, unsteadiness, decreased urination, or sudden weight gain. Do not stop using any medications without consulting a doctor.

However, if you experience symptoms like high blood pressure, high blood glucose, muscle weakness, mood swings, acne, stretch marks, easy bruising, bone density loss, cataracts, menstrual irregularities, excessive growth of facial or body hair, and sudden dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, shortness of breath, chest pain or tightness, rapid heartbeat, or memory loss, contact a doctor immediately. Sparfloxacin can cause tendinitis (inflammation of the thick fibrous cords that attach muscle to bone) and tendon rupture (injury to the soft tissue that connect muscle to bone), and the risk may be increased when combined with other drugs such as Fastcort-12 Tablet.

Although there is an interaction, Sparfloxacin can be taken with Fastcort-12 Tablet if prescribed by the doctor. However, if you experience pain, swelling at the back of the ankle, biceps, shoulder, hand, or thumb, consult a doctor immediately.
